Website activity and chat. When you visit our website we record the pages you view and how you arrived, using a first-party cookie. If you have given us your details, for example by booking, enquiring or opening a link we sent you, we may associate this activity with your client record so that we can serve you better. Our website chat is answered by an AI assistant and, where needed, by a member of our team; conversations are stored. We do not sell this information. You can turn this off for your browser at any time here: .

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Providers that support our hosting, booking, customer enquiries, communications and analytics may process information to deliver those services. This is different from selling or sharing a customer list for another business to market to you.

Our email and SMS communications are managed through our own in-house service. Legal disclosures are described below.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Our current practice is to keep customer and enquiry records without an automatic expiry date. This includes information used for ongoing customer service and future commissions. You may request deletion using the contact details below. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding matter.

Access, Corrections and Deletion Requests

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw marketing consent, email info@londonbespokeclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If information must be retained, we will explain the reason.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information is processed at the Company’s operating offices and other places where the parties involved in processing are located, which may be outside your jurisdiction. Processing locations depend on the providers used. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely, and no transfer will take place without adequate controls in place.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. The Company may also disclose Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Analytics, Advertising and Embedded Content

Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and masked session recordings only when you separately allow recordings in Privacy choices. We mask page text and form content. You can withdraw this choice in the footer. Recording stops on this page; enabling it again takes effect on your next page load. Clarity processes browser, device, page and interaction information to help us improve this website.

Optional campaign attribution is off until you allow it. If you allow it, we remember campaign tags and advertising click identifiers for the current browser tab and pass them with a booking opened after that choice. Declining does not prevent you from booking.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. We store your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing clears saved campaign tags and stops future collection on this site; it cannot recall information already sent to the booking service. You can separately allow or decline campaign attribution, Google Analytics and Meta advertising. These choices do not subscribe you to promotional email or SMS.

Google Analytics measures page visits when you allow analytics. Meta Pixel measures advertising results and supports relevant ads when you allow advertising. These tools can use cookies and process information about your browser, device and visits. They load only after the corresponding choice is enabled on our production website. Additional tools will require an updated disclosure and appropriate consent choices before activation.

Booking content and embedded media may connect to the services that deliver them. Information handled by those providers is also subject to their privacy policies. Promotional messaging consent is separate from choices about website tracking.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to websites not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, third-party content, policies, or practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and you are advised to review it periodically.

Email and SMS Communications

We send appointment confirmations, reminders and other service messages, as well as promotional email and SMS where you have consented or applicable law permits. Our in-house service manages these communications. Message frequency varies. SMS message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an SMS to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe option in promotional emails or contact us to withdraw marketing consent.
